The 2017 RRSP deadline is March 1, 2018 and the maximum contribution limit is $26,010. To record a deduction on your 2017 tax return for contributions to a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), contributions have to be made into an RRSP by March 01, 2018.
